  2. certainly agree with the word of mouth. Personally i tell about great online shopping blogs to my friends, so its a good source of helping your e-business get customers.
    E-business may be very good however, ive experienced really bad customer service online too. The clothes get lost and the seller doesnt take responsibility to make the buy process a good experience. In addition, perhaps the waiting time can also be pretty long. However, you certainly have provided a great amount of content with regards to this topic!
